Picons twice on flash ?

Have picons twice on flash.
Is this intended or can I change ?
In usr/share/enigma2/picon and usr/share/enigma2/hdg17_files/picon

.../hdg17_files/picon come from FHDG

/usr/share/enigma2/picon if is not a symlink so do not come from FHDG...

When I delete picon folder than the picons are gone .
I had not created a symnlink

I am sorry but you do not understanded info from my previous post so I wrote: "/usr/share/enigma2/picon if is not a symlink so do not come from FHDG..." and that mean IF /usr/share/enigma2/picon is symlink then it is OK . symlink is auto created by FHDG to get properly function of "picons" in the channelselection screen

do you know what is it "symlink" in linux ? if no I recommended read somthing about it ...

so finally if you have:

1. /usr/share/enigma2/picon as symlink
2. /usr/share/enigma2/hdg17_files/picon as real path

everithing is as have to be and you do not have "picons" twice because symlink /usr/share/enigma2/picon is real path /usr/share/enigma2/hdg17_files/picon !!!

Sorry for bothering but I have done :
ln -s /usr/share/enigma2/hdg17_files/picon /usr/share/enigma2/picon
If files deleted in usr/share/enigma2/picon than no picons to be seen.

I am sorry but you do not understand what is SYMLINK still!

if symlink /usr/share/enigma2/picon is deleted your image cannot find any picons for channel selection because search path in enigma is /data or /usr/share/enigma2/picon so FHDG make automatically symlink to get picons visible for enigma to using them in channel selection ...

your screenshot show your selected path to:

1. all FHDG needed files (better selection is /data or SD card or USB device(not for DM)
2. saving of whole configuration of FHDG to configuration file ( can be used in function RESTORE to restore whole FHDG config at once) - your selected path is not good... I recomended to set another location f.e. /data - if you change or reflash your image you simply after installing FHDG could be restore all settings
